Everybody says it: If you want to lose weight, you have to exercise.

I kind of agree, to a certain degree. If it were true, those who can’t really exercise, for whatever reason, would then have no chance of ever losing weight.

In my opinion (and experience), it comes down to what you eat and how much of it you consume, versus the calories you burn in your day. The more you exercise, the more calories you can ingest if that’s what you want to do.

I do have my physical limitations, which is why counting calories and eating as clean as possible is what I choose to focus on. So far it’s been working, so I wouldn’t think that I’m all that wrong.
