Usually, those who share their weigh-ins (would it be on Youtube or anywhere else), they seem to do this once a week. I think. I could be wrong.
Quite honestly, even though I do step on the scale a little too often (at least once a week, if not every two days), I prefer to really take into account the numbers in a monthly fashion.
I mean… 1 month of weightloss means that you get bigger numbers, right? At least, that’s how I choose to see it. Even though I can’t help weighing myself much more than that. And, I mean, if you get a small number after a whole month, then you know you’re doing something wrong (or you’re closer to your goal)!
